About the company & StockControl system
Inther Group is an international hybrid system integrator, specialized in automation solutions for picking, packing, storage and sorting goods in warehouses worldwide for customers in fine-meshed distribution.
StockControl is a Software as a Service (SaaS) Warehouse Management Tool accessible on the web. It was developed initially by ISD for the basic needs of small & middle businesses, but today it is being enhanced with a complex of features and possibilities adjusted to the Inther Group internal needs.
The Challenge
The initial issue was related to the need to optimize logistic processes that take place within the equipment and conveyer departments. There was a need to manage, stock and monitor all items in the warehouse, thus, to improve the work process and optimize time allocated for logistic management.
In time, additional requests were made to customize the software according to the needs of the company. Moreover, other departments, like sales, purchase etc. needed support to optimize their processes as well, thus to reduce, costs and energy.
The challenge was to optimize these processes with the support of StockControl application. It required enhacements and improvements so it would adjust to the needs of the company.

The Solution
At first, the StockControl application could provide fundamental warehouse operations, namely inbound processing, stocktake procedures, and outbound management, but eventually at the request of Inther, new features and capabilities were developed to assure a successful integration in the processes within the company.
The application was integrated initially in the warehouse processes of Inther Conveyor Equipment Department and Inther Logistics Equipment Department. Additionally, new enhancements were delivered, including the move to a newer technology (Angular framework) in 2020.
StockControl is today a core part of the processes of purchasing operations and stock distribution of IntherGroup as it is integrated in various processes such as finance, sales, purchasing, quality control etc.

The process of onboarding and hiring is different from project to project, but on average we start our projects in about 2-3 months.
All ISD people hold either graduate or post-graduate degrees and all of them are fluent in English. Our talents conduct courses at the Technical University of Moldova and also, they mentor various educational programs for IT specialists. Our developers are certified by Oracle, Cisco, Microsoft & other providers.
Definitely! We encourage our customers to have virtual meetings with the candidates and visit the ISD office to meet the entire team.
All our employees and partners signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and we also sign an NDA with our customers. Thus, all employees involved in a project, are bound to discretion and confidentiality.
We believe in long term partnerships, and we aim to establish a relationship based on trust and full commitment. We have developed internal programs to increase the technical capabilities of our developers and team leads, but also their capacity to establish a strong communication with our customers in order to understand better their needs and expectation. And ultimately, for every engagement we assign a delivery lead, who’s primary goal is to ensure high quality of our services and customer satisfaction in general.
