Inther Software Development SRL (“ISD,” “We” or “us”) offers software development services. We also own and operate several websites (e.g. isd-soft.com & stockcontrol.eu) (individually, “Website” and collectively the “Websites”). This privacy notice aims to inform you about how We collect, use, disclose and store information about you when you:

  • interact or use our Websites, including downloading materials from our resources page or requesting a demo, a price quote or any other data
  • register and/or attend any of our events, webinars, or the conferences We attend (collectively “Events”), subscribe to Newsletter etc.
  • when you apply for a job position
  • request and benefit from our services.

ISD strives to collect, use and disclose Personal Information in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which it does business. Our privacy policy considers the various regulatory requirements from the countries where ISD operates, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Laws on Personal Data Protection of Republic of Moldova.

You also may choose to provide ISD additional information, such as your CV, resume, or transcripts; employment references and related information; and compensation requests.

ISD uses the data to operate our business, communicate about our services and to improve the recruitment communication channel.

Communication. We use data to improve our communication and to provide the information you require, e.g. receive a newsletter after subscription or invite you to a webinar which might interest you.

Recruitment. We use data to contact & communicate with the job applicants, to manage ISD’s recruiting and hiring processes, and for compliance legal and regulatory requirements. If you are hired, the information may be used in connection with employment and company management.

Business Operations. We use data to provide and improve the services We offer and perform essential business operations. We use data to operate, protect, make informed decisions, and report on the performance of our business and the services our customers need.

The customer provides ISD access to its production, development or test environment, which may include personal information about its employees, customers, partners or suppliers. This information is personal information and is treated according to ISD Privacy Policy. The same rules apply on other information ISD gets access from customer side, as projects & products, fixes, installations, devices, credentials, performance etc.

Share and disclose information to third parties

We do not rent or sell your Personal Information to anyone. We may share and disclose information (including Personal Information) in these cases:

Vendors, consultants and other service providers:

We may share your information with third party vendors, consultants and other service providers who We employ to perform tasks on our behalf. These companies include (for example) our payment processing providers, website analytics companies (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM service providers (e.g., ZOHO), email service providers (e.g., Outlook) and others.
