Reintjes Systems is a mechatronic solutions provider. They develop and produce assembly, and processing machines with a mechatronic character from A to Z. From Project Management and Development & Engineering to Production & Assembly and Testing & Quality Control; Reintjes Systems develops and provides mechatronic solutions as Crates Unfolding Systems, Packaging machines, Crate handling systems, Pallet handling systems and others.
The Challenge
Reintjes Systems uses in-house capacity to implement crate washing systems in different countries, like the Netherlands, New Zeeland etc. The large flow of new projects has pushed the internal PLC development capacity to the limit. The risk was that the delivery would be delayed. Reintjes Systems needed a quick and efficient solution to increase the capacity. The challenge was also amplified by the fact that the company aimed to have the same code standards that it had developed over the years. The support they needed on the PLC side had to align with the existing standards.
The Solution
ISD’s large experience, especially in intralogistics projects for the food industry, enabled us to take responsibility for the development of the PLC control systems in a short time. We manage to solve the capacity deficit, but also use our expertise to implement several enhancements. The ramp-up was successful and now ISD colleagues, in addition to writing the code, conduct the testing and commissioning onsite for some of the largest Reintjes System projects. The solution our engineers worked on involved the following products: Pallet Shuttle, Crate Shuttle, Depalletizers, Pallet Stacker etc.

The process of onboarding and hiring is different from project to project, but on average you can extend your team with one developer in 1-2 months.
All ISD people hold either graduate or post-graduate degrees and all of them are fluent in English. Our talents conduct courses at the Technical University of Moldova and also, they mentor various educational programs for IT specialists. Our developers are certified by Oracle, Cisco, Microsoft & other providers.
Definitely! We encourage our customers to have virtual meetings with the candidates and visit the ISD office to meet the entire team.
All our employees and partners signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and we also sign an NDA with our customers. Thus, all employees involved in a project, are bound to discretion and confidentiality.
We believe in long term partnerships, and we aim to establish a relationship based on trust and full commitment. We have developed internal programs to increase the technical capabilities of our developers and team leads, but also their capacity to establish a strong communication with our customers in order to understand better their needs and expectation. And ultimately, for every engagement we assign a delivery lead, who’s primary goal is to ensure high quality of our services and customer satisfaction in general.
