IPC, International Post Corporation, owns UNEX™, a system used to measure international letter service performance for 36 operators with about 400,000 test items, sent from/to more than 50 countries on four continents. It requires ongoing implementation of new features but also continuous optimization aimed at improving business processes. When they approached ISD due to the number of SQL operations to the Oracle database, a series of database queries were used much more than necessary, thus increasing the processing time. By using an in-memory cache, our engineers fixed this challenge by implementing an in-memory cache, reducing database calls by more than 90%. Find out more.

Prime Vision is a global leader in computer vision integration and robotics for logistics and e-commerce. During their 2nd collaboration with ISD, they relied on the expertise of our engineers to build and maintain a data platform that included images, documents, scans, and user data. The product is widely adopted by many Prime Vision’s clients and supports postal and warehouse services in automating their input and output data.
