HR Internship Program at ISD

Have you recently graduated from university, and you are eager to kickstart your career? Or are you seeking to embark on a fresh journey in your professional development? We are looking forward to welcoming you to our HR Internship Program. The good news is that you can become part of our team, if you successfully finish the internship.

When? Starting October, 2023

Where? ISD Office

How long? 2-4 weeks

Schedule? Every day, from 9 AM to 6 PM

What should you bring in?

• You have medium to strong English knowledge;
• You are a responsible and diplomatic person;
• You can easily communicate and bond with different types of people;
• You can individually approach different kind of issues;
• You are self-disciplined and attentive to details;
• You quickly learn and adapt to unfamiliar situations;
• Completed studies, knowledge and/or previous experience in labour law, accounting or human resources management are an advantage.

What are you going to learn?

• Managing employees’ documentation flow and keeping up to date all related records (vacation, leaves, compensation, work & safety) etc.;
• Managing timesheets of the company’s departments and assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules);
• Conducting onboarding of the newcomers in the company;
• Assisting in organizing company events;
• Assisting in developing and conducting evidence on HR policies and other HR processes throughout the organisation;
• Managing internal communications channels and contributing to the maintenance of a pleasant atmosphere in the office.
