What are you going to do?
- Work across the entire stack, building and maintaining new products and experiences for our customers;
- Collaborate with engineers across the company to build new features and products;
- Design and build strong, resilient, and robust APIs, libraries, and tools to power engineering and operations;
- Own functionality and scalability features by taking responsibility from inception to deployment;
- Help define the product architecture, all the way from the technologies we use to the design principles we apply;
- Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebases, infrastructure, and processes you will encounter;
- Help scale the team by hiring exceptional talent.
What we expect from you?
- Proficiency in Golang;
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience;
- 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in early-stage tech companies;
- Experience creating libraries and tools for engineers and operations;
- Experience building and designing scalable backend systems;
- Experience working with SQL;
- Familiarity with software engineering development cycles;
- Track record of collaborating with experts in product, design, and operations and proven ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions;
- Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards;
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
