ISD is recruiting a Sales Manager:
Your responsibility is to build relationships with potential customers and to convert them to customers. You are selling near-shore software development. The areas that you will focus on are industrial automation and specifically intralogistics and office automation. Your client will mostly vary from scale-up to <400 employees. You will be dealing with CEO/CTO level, project leaders and team leaders. Let us be clear: it is a tough job, and you can only succeed if you are capable to detect chances and convert them to ISD-build solutions. It is challenging, but great fun. You will be working with a great bunch of people who will assist you in every way they can. You will get support from management and the marketing team.

Your responsibilities & expected results:

  • Identifying key decisionmakers within the prospect company with a long-term need for software development and establishing contacts with potential customers by phone, email, and visits.
  • Shaping with the potential customer the ideal way of collaboration.
  • Converting leads into customers by assisting the full sales lifecycle (prospecting, making appointments, closing).
  • Conforming to our sales tools and procedures.

Your skills & competencies:

  • Extensive sales experience. At least 2 years in IT services company. A history in near-shoring is a huge advantage. Knowledge on intra logistics is also a big +.
  • Advanced English, German and/or French is a ‘nice to have’. Your day to day communication with colleagues is in English.
  • Very high business acumen. Your curiosity drives you to locate challenges with prospects and you can translate this to ISD solutions.
  • You are a self-starter. You will initiate sales activities and new contacts and you are responsible for the results.
  • Proficient with different sales tools like CRM, Teams, Office. It is mandatory that you keep a tight ship in the CRM.

Practical:

  • You can work from our office in Venray or work from home. Regular visits to Venray will take place.
  • You will visit our offices in Moldova at least 4 times per year.
  • You have a driving license and passport. A VOG check and reference check is part of the on-boarding process.
