Senior Python Developer

Our projects leverage top programming languages—Java, .NET, Python, and JavaScript—as well as specialized hardware, embedded systems, PLC, and IoT technologies. 

We’re expanding our team and seeking a Senior Python Developer to drive the development of our in-house Warehouse Management System for Manufacturers (WMSM). This system optimizes every aspect of inventory and production, tracking inbound and outbound goods, managing bills of materials, and coordinating purchasing and sales activities. It supports diverse warehouse processes, from order picking and stock counting to assembly line oversight and machining line optimization, enhancing productivity and ensuring precise inventory control. 

As a Senior Python Developer, you’ll contribute to the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and lead the development process. Your responsibilities include managing work distribution, inventory and production management, and overseeing performance assessments. 

What are you going to do? 

• Maintain the current product, guide its technical evolution, and deliver innovative new features.
• Support and manage the software development process in alignment with ISD’s best practices.
• Plan, design, estimate capacity, and develop new features.
• Streamline and enhance existing workflows.

What do we expect from you? 

• 4+ years of practical experience with Python.
• Proficiency in Django 2.2+ and familiarity with Docker containerization.
• Hands-on experience managing data and optimizing performance with Redis and Celery. 
• Experience working with Node.js and building solutions with Android 8, Socket.IO and ZPL is a significant advantage. 
• Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing, mentoring colleagues and capability to provide technical leadership within projects.
• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English
