.NET Tech Lead

We’re seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Lead to join our innovative team and lay the foundation for building a dedicated team focused on developing a product in the field of electric battery recycling. The ideal candidate will drive the technical vision for our project, lead a talented team of developers, and make key decisions related to architecture, scalability, and infrastructure. Strong experience in .NET, microservices, and DevOps is essential. 

What we are looking for: 

• At least 4 years of development experience using C#, .NET.
• Other technologies that may be involved: .NET, MVC, WCF/Web Services, JSON, SQL, JWT, Blazor.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Advanced English level.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web Development, or a related field. 

What are you going to do? 

• Design, develop, and implement software features based on detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create accurate estimations for project delivery timelines. 
• Work proactively and independently to solve problems and deliver results. 
• Write efficient, reusable, and test-adherent code.
• Provide regular status updates to management, review progress and evaluate results. 
• Identify and recommend changes in process/procedures and scope of delivery. 
• Coordinate with other software professionals and developers.
