.NET Developer for Automated Guided Vehicles

We’re looking for a skilled and ownership-driven .NET (C#) Developer to join our team working on self-driving forklift trucks and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs).

In this role, you will:
• Dive deep into an existing, complex codebase and lead significant refactoring efforts to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Work across multiple interconnected applications, understanding how they communicate with each other and with hardware-level systems (vehicle controllers, sensors, AGV firmware interfaces).
• Take full technical ownership of your solutions – from design decisions through implementation, testing, and production.
• Interact directly with the client on a regular basis, contributing to technical discussions, gathering requirements, and communicating progress and trade-offs clearly.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead to ensure alignment with architecture standards and project goals.
• Deliver well-tested, production-ready code consistently each sprint.
• Write accurate estimations and proactively flag risks early.

Requirements:
• Strong, proven experience in .NET (C#) development – you should be comfortable working in complex, legacy-touched codebases.
• Hands-on experience or solid understanding of hardware-level integrations is a strong plus.
• Experience working across distributed or multi-application architectures.
• Comfortable owning technical decisions and defending them in front of both internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to read, understand, and systematically improve existing code – not just write new features.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be talking to real people, not just pushing code.
• At least B2 English level (written and spoken).
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, responsibility-driven environment.
