Your mission:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: review applications, conduct screening calls, and lead interviews
• Create a positive and memorable candidate experience at every stage.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a transparent and efficient hiring process.
• Keep the talent pipeline organized and up to date using ATS tools.
• Leverage diverse sourcing strategies (referrals, sourcing, networking) to attract high-quality candidates.
• Work closely with our vibrant recruitment team to refine and innovate processes.
• Define and track recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
• Sourcing Expertise: You’re a pro at finding and engaging with both active and passive candidates.
• Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and keeping databases up to date is desirable.
• Communication & English: Strong verbal and written English skills, with a knack for connecting with people.
• Skills That Shine: Problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork come naturally to you.
• Personality: Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and focused on delivering quality.
