What You’ll Do:
- Create Visual Concepts: Design engaging materials for marketing campaigns, including banners, social media posts, website content, and other digital assets.
- Develop Graphic Materials: Manage projects from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with the marketing, employer branding, and HR teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.
- Enhance UX/UI: Design and optimize UX/UI elements for the website, such as wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, to deliver an intuitive user experience.
- Maintain Design Resources: Organize and manage design assets (images, fonts, colors) while ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
What You’ll Need:
Hard Skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating and optimizing visuals for digital platforms, including social media and online advertising.
- Photo editing and retouching expertise.
- Familiarity with print design processes and file preparation for production.
- Knowledge of branding principles to maintain consistency across all materials.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design and experience in wireframing and prototyping.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a library of design assets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how design translates to development.
